Each replacement unit includes the skin and vein components and is built to withstand hundreds of punctures. When wear occurs, only the module needs replacement—making the system cost-effective, low-maintenance, and ideal for repeated institutional training.
The simulator includes two anatomically accurate veins—the median cubital and cephalic—providing authentic vein palpation, flashback, and refill behavior for true-to-life practice. When connected to the ProxSIMity Blood Circulation Unit (BCU), users can experience adjustable, pulsatile blood flow and precise control over pressure and flow rate for enhanced realism.
